# Tribes & Jobs

In Kathana there are 8 Tribes and 8 Jobs.

* Naga & Kimnara
  * These two are the off tanks and main tanks of the game.
  * Can switch job to Banar (off tank, berserker) or Satya (The full tank)
  * Uses variety of weapons but spears are recommended
  * <mark style="color:red;">Chakra Recommendation: Heart + Muscle or All-Heart for Full Tank</mark>
* Asura & Rakshasa
  * The assassins in game, fast & agile
  * Can wield bows, daggers & swords
  * Specializes in fast and stealth kills
  * Jobs: Druka (dual wielder) or Karya (Archer)
  * <mark style="color:red;">Chakra Recommendation: Heart + Muscle (Melee) or Heart + Nerve (Bow)</mark>
* Deva & Garuda
  * These are the main mage archetypes, they can cast fire spells, ice spells and lightning spells
  * Slow but pack a punch!
  * Master of AOE (area of effect) skills
  * Jobs: Abikara (Elementalist) or Samabat (Summoner)
  * <mark style="color:red;">Chakra Recommendation: Heart + Mental or All-Mental build</mark>
* Yaksa & Gandharva
  * These are the support tribes, they excel in giving buffs or de-buffs to friends & foes alike
  * Able to use ressurection skills
  * Has a lot of buff skills
  * Jobs: Nakayuda (Off-tank support) or Vidya (Priest, full support)
  * <mark style="color:red;">Chakra Recommendation: Muscle+ Heart + Nerve / Muscle + Heart or All-Heart build for support</mark>
